In order to ensure that all our guests have a pleasant, comfortable and safe stay, please abide by these hotel regulations:

• My pet is free of fleas or ticks, and his vaccination certificate is up to date
• My animal does not show aggressive attitudes, but rather socializes with those of other guests
• I am aware that the utmost cleanliness of my animal and the proper disposal of the waste it produces is required
• Animals are not allowed to be allowed on the furniture in any room of the hotel
• I understand that I am responsible for any damage caused to persons or property by my animal throughout my stay. In addition, I agree not to leave it unattended on the property
• I am aware that it is necessary to hang the “Dog in the room” tag outside the room door when my pet is inside. I agree that the cleanliness of the premises cannot be guaranteed if the animal is unattended. In addition, I know that a leash is always required to move around the facility
• Upon check-out, a sum of €10 per day is charged (€45 total in the case of 7-night stays). In addition, this amount does not include the cost of any damage or additional cleaning of linens, carpeting or furniture. I understand that the management reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the room
• I agree and undersign that, as the owner of a pet, I am directly responsible for any disturbance caused to other guests by it during our stay at the hotel and that, upon the second report, management reserves the right to remove the pet from the hotel
• Pets are not allowed in the dining areas
• Hotel Alfonsina is not responsible for any injuries sustained by my pet while staying at the hotel
• I agree that as a pet owner, I am responsible for any damage done to hotel staff, guests, third parties, or property.
• I confirm that I have received all necessary information about pet policies and procedures in effect at Hotel Alfonsina. I understand that I may be liable for additional costs in the event of damage, excessive noise, and/or flea infestation during my stay
